Moving with the Moon & Feminine Flow Full Moon Practice
Ana introduces the idea of a totally feminine approach to yoga in which you learn about her signature Moving with the Moon approach—how to adjust your yoga practice according to the four phases of the menstrual cycle (also a beneficial template to carry into menopause).
Ana will take you through a sensual Feminine Flow sequence that is especially beneficial and appropriate for the Full Moon (ovulation) phase.
Nurturing Yoga for Healthy Menstruation
There is much misunderstanding among yoga students and teachers alike as to how a woman should best practise during her menstrual period.
In this workshop you will learn how to safely and appropriately practise yoga during menstruation (the ‘Dark Moon’ phase). Ana offers the all-important ‘dos and don’ts’ for a healthy and nourishing menstrual practice.
Female yoga practitioners will gain a new appreciation of and connection with their monthly cycle. And this workshop is also appropriate for yoga teachers and teacher trainees (male and female) to understand how to confidently teach menstruating students.
Yoga for Pregnancy
This workshop is appropriate for yoga teachers and teacher trainees (male and female) to understand how to safely and confidently teach pregnant students in their general classes.
It would also be helpful for pregnant women wanting to gain a clear understanding of the guidelines around modifying their practice during their pregnancy.
You will learn the all important ‘dos and don’ts’ and receive a background understanding of when to refer a pregnant student to a specialist teacher/ practitioner.
Dark Moon Restorative Yoga Practice
Enjoy a deeply nourishing and nurturing Restorative Yoga practice for your Dark Moon (menstrual) phase, including some lush, feminine meditation practices.
This beautiful practice is also suitable for any phase of the menstrual cycle, or life-stage, when you need extra special support and rejuvenation.
A blissful way to end the day!

Kind words about Ana from our Online Course graduates:
“Ana – you are such an amazing and gifted person and teacher. We’re all lucky you discovered your calling and can share your knowledge with us.”
“Ana is a beautiful, well-rounded and knowledgeable teacher who is generous with her knowledge and understanding of the divine feminine and yoga.”
“I have been blessed to partake in Ana’s series of classes which directly address the phases of the moon and tailors the yoga sequence to suit the needs that we have during different times of our cycle. It has been so nourishing and nurturing and insightful for me to track my body this way and to really understand when to let myself activate and when to pull back in my practice according to where my cycle is at.”
