About
Do you want to deepen your teaching skills and find inspiration in the specialised area of Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training?
The Bliss Baby Yoga Prenatal or Postnatal Bloom Live Yoga Class Package offers the opportunity for invaluable experiential learning in the form of real-time experience as a student in class with our Senior Bliss Baby Yoga teachers, via a video conferencing platform.
Each session is made up of a 60 minute yoga class including asana, breathing, and/or relaxation session with one of our senior Prenatal/Postnatal teacher trainers. There will be a 15 minute questions and answer time following in which have the opportunity to ask any questions you had about the class/your experience or practical questions about your Prenatal or Postnatal Yoga class offerings within your community.
In each of the Prenatal or Postnatal Bloom sessions we will structure the 60 minute class around a specific theme. This might include areas such as Birth Preparation, Looking after your SIJ, Mother & Baby Yoga, Tools for Prenatal or Postnatal Mental Health and Being in your Feminine Flow, Accessible Practices for New Mothers and Reconnecting with your Pelvic Floor.
By enrolling in this Prenatal or Postnatal Bloom Package you’ll feel supported and inspired in this very important and specialised field of yoga teaching.
This package of classes is not only for teachers but beneficial for anyone who is pregnant/postnatal and would like to practice online with experienced teachers.
For session dates please click on the tab above marked “Course Schedule”.
What is included in the Mentoring Package?
- 4 x 1.25 hour live Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga sessions led by our top Bliss Baby Yoga trainers. This means you’ll have the opportunity to check in with one of our amazing, inspiring trainers periodically to inspire your Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga studies, and/or your teaching if you’re already sharing this work in your community.
- Each session will include a yoga class session of 60 minutes in which our facilitator will guide you and the other participants through a sample Asana (posture), Pranayama (breathing technique) and/or meditation practice. This will then be followed by a 15 minute Q&A session.
- Please note, that if you’re enrolling in this ‘Prenatal Bloom’ Package along with your Bliss Baby Yoga Prenatal/ Postnatal Online RPYT Yoga Teacher Training Course, these four group mentoring sessions are in addition to your one-on-one video calls (via Video Call) that are a part of your RPYT course assessment process.
- For those already out there teaching Pregnancy or Postnatal (including mother and baby) Yoga classes, this special Class Package gives you some extra ‘juice’—ideas, information, confidence—to fuel your teaching and also offers all-important professional development which you can log with your yoga accreditation body such as Yoga Alliance.
- If you are unable to make a session live via you’ll have access to a recording of each of the sessions so you can watch them at your leisure. We require however that you attend at least two of the sessions live for certification. You’ll have 1 year of access to watch / download these recordings.
How does the ‘Prenatal/Postnatal Bloom’ Class Package work?
We offer several different date/time packages for our Live Online Class sessions that you can choose from.
You will select a specific course to enrol in that best suits your schedule / time zone, and attend the same day / time for all 4 sessions (noting that if you are outside of Australia times may vary slightly for the 4 sessions due to daylight savings commencing / ending). A full outline of the live session dates can be found in the tab marked “Course Schedule” on this page.
We unfortunately can’t offer ‘make-up sessions’ with a different cohort if you can’t attend one of your live sessions, however all live sessions will be recorded and replay videos will be available to view in your course portal within 24-48 hours after each live session. We require that you attend at least two of the sessions as a live participant if you require a certificate.
Once you pay for and register in our Bloom Package you’ll have access in the membership part of our website. There, you will find a section that includes the Video Call links for the four mentoring sessions that you’ll be able to attend, along with all other details you’ll need for that live session.
Each session includes a practical session led by your mentor, followed by time for you to ask any questions you have about your teaching or even your studies.
Each session will explore a different topic, the practice and topic being unique to your teacher.
The full list of teachers and session topics are listed below – you will have 4 of these different teachers/topics over the course (not the full list below).
Following each of these practices will be a Q&A discussion session to answer your reflections around the homework (for sessions 2, 3 & 4) and any questions you have in regard to teaching and practising Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.

Who is this Live Class Package for?
This package of four live interactive sessions is open to all current Bliss Baby Yoga students as well as graduates. In fact, you don’t need to be enrolled in any other course with Bliss Baby Yoga to join us for these classes.
You might be pregnant or have recently had a baby and be looking for live online classes with highly experienced teachers. You do not need to be a yoga teacher/trainee to enrol in these classes. We do recommend however that you practice the sessions that are appropriate for where you are in your journey and practice the recordings later for the ones that aren’t (eg if you are pregnant, we don’t suggest practicing the postnatal classes).
You will notice that some packages are ONLY Prenatal or Postnatal and so if you are currently pregnant or only just had a baby, please enrol in the package suitable for your stage of pregnancy / post birth.
This package is also for you if you wish to deepen your teaching skills and confidence in the specialised area of Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training.
If you have a teaching strategy you’d like some feedback and support on – a sequence, choice of postures, and so on. Or perhaps you’d like to chat about a particular student case-study to get some tips on how to best work with them. You will have time to ask such questions in the Q&A at the end.
Maybe you’d like some additional opportunities to connect with our facilitators, your peers and extended community for support, questions, connection and inspiration as you complete our Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training course.
You’re not alone!!
This Prenatal/Postnatal Bloom Live Online Class Package is designed to inspire Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teachers / trainees, who are just launching into teaching in this specialised area of yoga and need some help to get started, through to those who have been teaching for a while and would like some advice from experienced teachers to help take their teaching to the next level!
