Praise for “Moving with the Moon: Nurturing Yoga, Movement and Meditation
for Every Phase of your Menstrual Cycle and Beyond” by Ana Davis

'A treasure trove of practices and advice with a reminder that being a woman carries different shades of being and that tuning into yourself is to tune to your womb. As you explore the practices and suggestions throughout, you’ll feel Ana’s expert and sensitive guidance and come away with tools for any age or stage of life. Moving with the Moon is a gem for women!'- Rachel Zinman, Author of Yoga for Diabetes, How to Manage your Health with Yoga and Ayurveda and Global Yoga Teacher,
'I have never come across such a comprehensive yet gentle exploration of the issues female practitioners face in their asana practice and beyond. A blessing to women in the growing yoga community, this book will evolve your practice and views about what it means to be a true yogini.’- Jessica Humphries, Editor, Australian Yoga Journal
‘One of the most important and groundbreaking books of the 21st century for women. This is essentially a revolutionary bible for women’s care of the womb. Ana Davis offers a powerful new voice and perspective in support of the rise of the Sacred Feminine without burnout.' - Lisa Fitzpatrick, author of 'Healing the Heart of Your Business: Sustainable Success for Heart-Centred Women.'
'I have been using this book to help with postnatal depletion and my cycle (along with naturopath and GP guidance and support) and I can’t recommend Moving with the Moon enough! Ana is clearly passionate in her knowledge and understanding and has created a peer-reviewed educational resource that is easy to open and use at any section, depending on what you need help with at the time. There are treasures to be found for all woman; young, old, time poor, exhausted, trying for a baby, depleted from having a baby, menstrual disorders, all of us. The classical women’s postures and restorative postures for women’s health are my go to sections, all beautifully illustrated. There’s even a Moving with the Moon playlists suggestions at the end of the book! Thank you, Ana, for your passion and the work that has gone into creating this resource. This will be passed down the family.'- Eva Mooney, mum and yoga practitioner

‘If women can find a way to practise yoga that goes with rather than against their natural ebb and flow of energy, they can then carry this heightened awareness into all areas of their life—into their work, parenting, and all their relationships.’ — Ana Davis

"I found your Online L1 Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training course to be tremendously worthwhile and very enjoyable. The course was very practical and accessible. I was able to apply what I was learning right away since everything was laid out very clearly. I have a personal journey with infertility so the material was both personally and professionally valuable to me. Since it is a subject so close to me I was really able to feel the benefits of the various sequences." Prairie (NZ), Online L1 Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training graduate, 2017
what others are saying
“The course was exactly what I needed. I liked the emphasis on safety and the therapeutic recommendations for the various pregnancy related ailments. Ana’s style of teaching offers a practical approach, whilst being centred, empathetic and nurturing. The flexibility of being able to do the course in my own time was very much appreciated. I have a busy teaching schedule and I’m a mum so it was good to be able to take the time I needed to complete the course properly. I really liked the structure of the course, very clear and easy to follow.” Julia (UK), Online Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga TT graduate, 2015
what others are saying
“I loved that I could do this course at my own pace. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and loved doing this course whilst pregnant! This has reignited my desire to teach, in a different way than I used to - softer and more feminine.” Casey (QLD, AUS), Online Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training graduate, 2017
what others are saying
“This course is so wholistic - I love how it truly focuses on the body and spirit of a new mama, and her growing/new babe. It’s not just asana. The course addresses the WHOLE mama, and I think that is invaluable. It’s exactly what I was looking for when researching online courses. It would’ve made more sense for me to do a course in the USA but I was really drawn to this one for the spiritual and emotional elements." Amber (USA), Online Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training graduate, 2017

"Thank you so much for an amazing online course. I was so blown away by all the beautiful content and felt like I received such a deep level of learning from it. I have been craving more knowledge and depth into Yoga for Fertility and you well and truly delivered. I ran a small workshop from my home on Sunday to put what i had learnt to practice.
