Two Nourishing Online Classes with Ana Davis: Pared Back Prop Restorative Yoga.
These delicious Restorative Yoga classes have been created by Bliss Baby Yoga Director and Founder, Ana Davis. They have been especially designed with the use of minimal yoga props so that they are practices you can teach or do when you have limited availability to yoga props either in your home or your yoga studio. Both practices utilise only yoga blocks, straps, a wall, or a door with a sturdy door knob. You won’t need any bolsters or loads of blankets for these classes.
We created these classes in response to the needs of teachers (and yoga students) in our Covid-world now that we are required to be much more aware of hygiene with the props we use in a Restorative class. This means that we are often forced to exclude the use of the softer props like bolsters and blankets. Or, we may be teaching private lessons or Zoom classes in which the students have limited props in their homes.
These two special online classes will leave you feeling relaxed and nourished as they are designed to down-regulate the nervous system—such a necessary thing in our anxious times.
The classes are appropriate for beginners and more experienced students alike and can be used either as resources for Restorative Yoga teachers or as beautiful online classes you can practise along with.

Recommended yoga props for these classes:
- yoga mat
- a blanket or towel
- 2 yoga straps
- 2 yoga blocks
- wall space
- hinged door (with a sturdy door-knob)
