Fertile Bloom

About this course

This gentle, easy to follow 1 month program is designed to boost fertility and balance hormones, while nurturing your nervous system to combat negative effects of stress on reproductive health. Centred around your cycle, this program teaches in accordance with women’s changing needs and hormonal fluctuations as they shift throughout the month. This uniquely tailored approach allows you to gain the most out of your fertility practice, understand your cycle more thoroughly, and boost reproductive health regardless of whether you are someone who experiences fertility challenges or not!

Studies have shown that the practice of yoga, guided relaxation and breathing techniques (Pranayama) can be key in evoking the relaxation response and in turn “significantly decreasing anxiety, depression, and fatigue as well as increasing vigour” leading to a decrease in infertility*.

The Fertile Bloom 28 Day Program is designed to:

  1. Instigate your body’s natural relaxation response to reduce stress
  2. Work with your cycle
  3. Strengthen the bond between your heart and your womb

This course creates an energetic warmth around your womb and supports you physiologically, mentally and energetically along your journey to creating greater fertility.

Physical yoga practices (Asanas) work in alignment with your cycle to either support, rest or to revitalise and warm your body with special attention to the reproductive organs.

Guided visualisations move you in to your relaxation response. They use imagery and thoughts to bring a feeling of positivity into the body and to reduce anxiety and worry. These practices can take you into a deep state of relaxation, accessing your subconscious and helping you to unlock any hidden trauma or grief that may be hindering your fertility.

The breath practices (Pranayama) work with your autonomic nervous system to nourish and calm. They also oxygenate our blood and improve circulation around the body, especially to the reproductive organs.

This course is designed and facilitated by our Bliss Baby Yoga senior teacher Rosie Matheson who also teaches on our Fertility Yoga Teacher Trainings Levels One and Two.

NB While this course is designed to enhance your fertility, there is no guarantee, as like any treatment for fertility, that you will conceive.

This course provides a day by day practice to help enhance fertility through promoting relaxation, reduction in stress, support of the nervous system, improved circulation to reproductive organs. It is designed to work in harmony with your menstrual cycle, beginning on day one of your period or bleed.

Each day has a video to watch (that can also be downloaded to watch later and keep forever).

The course consists of seven visualisations (+ scripts), eleven yoga classes (+ class plans) for various stages of your cycle, four Pranayama practices to support fertility and two massage techniques.

Once you’ve enrolled and your payment is confirmed, you’ll be sent an email with your log-in details to log into our special student section of the website where you can get started with your course.

Our Fertile Bloom course is easy to navigate – it’s all clearly laid out and you don’t have to be a ‘techy’ person to figure it out!

Once you finish the 28 day course you can start again at Day One (unless of course you conceive during this time). You can download all the videos so you can continue to use them beyond the 12 month access to the online course.

We suggest you continue this program for as long as it takes you to conceive. It is safe to keep practicing indefinitely or until you conceive. If you conceive then we suggest you explore one of our Prenatal Yoga online classes.

We would love it if you could then please fill out the feedback form at the end of the program, whether it be at 28 days or further along.

If you are a Yoga teacher and would like a completion certificate for the training then you’ll have the option of downloading your Completion Certificate once you complete the quiz at the end of the month.

You can either print out the certificate or keep it digitally to send to registration bodies (eg: Yoga Alliance / Yoga Australia) to gain all-important CPD (Continuing Professional Development Points).  The hours on your Completion Certificate for which you’ll be able claim CPDs are 8 non-contact hours.

For Yoga Teachers:

A Completion Certificate (PDF electronic file) is provided once you’ve completed the course and the quiz. The total course hours on this completion certificate is 8 non-contact hours.

Members of both Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia are required to complete ongoing professional development to keep their membership current. By completing our Bliss Baby Yoga Online Extension Modules, teachers are able to accrue some of these necessary professional development hours as well as enhance their knowledge and skills in this specialised area of women’s health.

(The following information re: Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance requirements for CPD was true at the time of publishing – please check the Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance websites via links below to confirm their requirements).

For Yoga Australia members, 12 CPD points (Continuing Professional Development) must be accrued each year to keep your membership active. These can be accrued through contact or non-contact hours of study. Our Online Fertile Bloom Program is counted as non-contact study core to yoga teaching (2 points per hour as per Yoga Australia Guidelines). This Online Extension Module is 8 hours, so Yoga Australia members will accrue 4 CPD points.

For Yoga Alliance members, according to their Continuing Education Requirements, every 3 years starting from your initial date of registration, each RYT and E-RYT must complete and log a minimum of:

  1. 45 hours teaching yoga, and
  2. 30 hours of yoga related training that is directly related to one of the Educational Categories, of which:

Our Online Fertile Bloom Program (8 non-contact hours) can therefore cover 8 of the 20 non-contact hours of study and contribute to these CPD requirements.

PLEASE NOTE This course is not alone designed to qualify graduates to teach Fertility yoga classes to the public if they are not yet a qualified yoga teacher (having completed a minimum Level 1 / 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training) and have not completed at least Level One of the Bliss Baby Yoga Fertility Yoga Teacher Training.

Anybody who would like to get pregnant or anybody who doesn’t, if only every woman could take this program… that is how I feel. – Yurie, Japan

What past course participants say
I'm so incredibly grateful to have found Fertile Bloom - half way through taking the course, I conceived my baby boy! My husband had recently decided we were ready to start trying for a baby and I found myself instantly inundated with external fears and worry about fertility. Through Fertile Bloom, I was able to release those fears and connect with my womb and future baby. I have also continued many of the meditations throughout my pregnancy. I could not recommend this course and Rosie Matheson any higher!- Stephanie, Los Angeles
Dealing with my fertility has been such an emotional roller coaster. Having a daily routine that connects me back into my body has been so healing. Rosie is an amazing teacher and has such a soothing voice. She is so knowledgeable about the woman's body, especially on the path to conception. I am so grateful I for this program.'- Susan
When I was a teenager I had an operation on my uterus. I had many doctors tell me that it would be a 'miracle' if I conceived a baby naturally. I was worried, heartbroken and simply lost. Wondering that even if I did get pregnant would I be able to have a natural birth? During Rosie’s program I learnt there was a lot I could do for myself- physically and mentally. Even though I was a yoga teacher at the time much of the information she shared was new to me. I was inspired by her work and realized that nobody could tell me anything about my body that could stop me from trying naturally. About 6 months later I was pregnant, naturally! 7 years later I have two beautiful children, and I know from experience that the doctors had one thing right-having a baby IS a MIRACLE whatever your circumstances are. It is OUR choice to make, whether to believe what others tell you, you’re capable of OR to believe in our own power that we already have which can oh so easily be forgotten about. I now also work with a lot of women and pass on any knowledge I can to help them. This program can be for yourself, a friend or for adding to your teaching skills. I highly recommend it to anybody.- Charlotte, England
For many years I faced the fact that my period would not come naturally. I was facing this fact so much that I would think, 'If I was not a woman I would not have to worry about these problems'.<br /> Taking this program helped me realize that I had these feelings and many others towards myself as a woman. This program helped my feelings changed and from the bottom of my heart I felt that I was lucky to be a woman. I felt Rosie's deep love and I connected with her words, making me feel safe. When I went to hospital, the doctors would say worrying things to me and every time it made me sad. Rosie's words where not just consoling but they had truth in them, and that let me have deep relief and hope. These words I think come through the truth that she has experienced.<br /> I was then able to connect to my womb. We see the truth and start to connect to ourselves. Anybody who would like to get pregnant or anybody who doesn't, if only every woman could take this program... that is how I feel. During this program it changed me and I got pregnant. Also, post birth, after years of worries I now have my cycle coming naturally! I feel overwhelmed and so blessed to have my rhythm back when I could not have it for so long! Women, periods and the images you have about yourself will change. You will surely find that you love yourself just as you are. I highly recommend this program, you won't regret taking it!- Yurie, Japan
Absolutely! I love the warmhearted, soft and professional way Rosie presents all the content. It helped me personally to better take care of myself and I became pregnant soon after doing Fertile Bloom!- Katharina, Austria
Thank you so much for the Fertile Bloom course. I started on the first day of my cycle (a week ago) and have been really enjoying it. I have never done yoga before so I’m grateful I can do it in my own home at my own pace. I was so relaxed last night I actually fell asleep on my yoga mat in the kitchen 😂- Madee, Australia

Star held space so beautifully and offered supportive guidance which really landed in my bones. I loved this connection as the culmination of our studies, thank you. I feel really spoilt!' Kirstie (VIC, AUS), Online L1 & L2 Restorative Yoga Teacher Training graduate
WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'I loved that I could do this course at my own pace. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and loved doing this course whilst pregnant! This has reignited my desire to teach, in a different way than I used to - softer and more feminine.' Casey (QLD, AUS), Online Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training graduate
WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'The course was exactly what I needed. I liked the emphasis on safety and the therapeutic recommendations for the various pregnancy related ailments. Ana’s style of teaching offers a practical approach, whilst being centred, empathetic and nurturing. The flexibility of being able to do the course in my own time was very much appreciated. I have a busy teaching schedule and I’m a mum so it was good to be able to take the time I needed to complete the course properly. I really liked the structure of the course, very clear and easy to follow.' Julia (UK), Online Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga TT graduate
WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'This course is so wholistic - I love how it truly focuses on the body and spirit of a new mama, and her growing/new babe. It’s not just asana. The course addresses the WHOLE mama, and I think that is invaluable. It’s exactly what I was looking for when researching online courses. It would’ve made more sense for me to do a course in the USA but I was really drawn to this one for the spiritual and emotional elements.' Amber (USA), Online Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training graduate
WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'I am loving this online fertility course that you (Rosie and Ana) have created. It is brilliant and so professional. It will be wonderfully supportive for me as I care for my clients. WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'Both of the courses I have completed with Bliss Bay Yoga were so well done. It has been a truly invaluable learning experience for me. I must say that I have learnt more during your online course then during my residential 200h teacher training - I honestly couldn't expect that a remote training would be so helpful and constructive. Everything was perfect; the atmosphere, all of the knowledge. The course was very informative, useful and inspiring. I engaged in this course during a lockdown and with my newborn at home, and I couldn't be happier. The Baby Bliss Yoga team is very professional and thanks to this course I feel confident to start my teaching career.' Marica (Italy), Online Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training graduate

'I found your Online L1 Yoga for Fertility Teacher Training course to be tremendously worthwhile and very enjoyable. The course was very practical and accessible. I was able to apply what I was learning right away since everything was laid out very clearly. WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'I benefited from the Bliss Baby Yoga Online L1 Restorative Yoga TT course on both a personal and professional level. Personally, it worked as an anchor, it helped me through difficult times and I keep coming back to it every week to cultivate it's grounding effect. Professionally, I fell in love with the teaching of Restorative Yoga, it's my favorite Yoga style to teach, and I am very passionate about it and how I want to give it to my students. With the whole course and all the references you gave I feel comfortable about applying the knowledge and techniques I learned.' Anna (France), Online L1 Restorative Yoga Teacher Training graduate
WHAT OUR GRADUATES ARE SAYING
'Thank you so much for an amazing online course. I was so blown away by all the beautiful content and felt like I received such a deep level of learning from it. I have been craving more knowledge and depth into Yoga for Fertility and you well and truly delivered. I ran a small workshop from my home on Sunday to put what i had learnt to practice. It was an intimate group of 3 women and it was just so beautiful! Thank you again. I'm so so grateful!' Jenny (NSW, AUS), Online L1 Yoga for Fertility TT graduate
